Skill badges (5)

Social Participation (6)
Participate in the local social activities, for example cultural activities, catastrophe assistance,
Regional Participation (7)
The regional participations are based in the two suggestions below:
a. Jamboree
b. Catastrophe assistance
c. Cultural exchange
Jamboree (gathering) (8)
It depends on the resources of groups to either; organising the jamboree or participate in the regional or international jamboree.
Assisting in production (9)
As Esperanto scout organisation encompasses all age groups and there are many professional members needed assistance in realising the production of their products or ideas for example: publishing books, production of theatre, singing competition, commercial trading with other traders or Esperanto business people.
Informal learning centers (10)
As scouts need to improve themselves often (according to Scouting for Boys part 22—Self Improvement), the group has to assist in finding the location; open space or indoor according to the needs of the training session. There is no need to build a hall or center to cater for this need. Scout learns in everywhere and every time.
We care and we love (11)
Care for the environment
Love cultures
Reviving the programmes (12)
Especially the long term plan 5 years once
The group can using this format to guide the on-going programmes:
a. Yearly plan
b. 2-year plan
c. 5-year plan
d. 10-year plan
The yearly plan carries out the activities of that particular year and may change some of the activities if some local activities are conflicted.
2-year plan is for the near activities which might be agreed upon from the 5-year plan.
5-year plan is a medium plan which might be filtered from 10-year plan.
10-year plan is a long term plan which envisages the activities in the coming year.
Suggestion (13)
As in the internet age, things move rapidly, thus new suggestion to the group is needed to get into the changing process of social changes.
Conclusion
Esperanto scouting movement is a part of scouting movement for every age and everyone who is interested to have self-development and together to change the world.
We learn, we care and we share.
